These Terms of Sales apply to all orders placed via www.dailyrice.com.au . By placing an order or starting a subscription with Daily Rice, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service: A Flexible Subscription

Daily Rice provides a weekly subscription service for Asian fresh ingredient meal kits.

  • Recurring Nature: When you sign up, you are enrolling in a weekly subscription. We will deliver a box to you every week unless you choose to "Skip" or "Pause" your delivery.

  • Flexibility: You can skip any week or cancel your subscription at any time, provided you do so before the Order Cut-Off Time.

2. Order Cut-Off Times

To ensure we source the freshest Asian ingredients, we require notice for any changes to your order.

  • Cut-Off Window: All skips, cancellations, or menu changes must be completed by 11:59 PM (AEDT) 6 days prior to your scheduled delivery day.

  • Late Changes: If you attempt to skip or cancel after this cut-off, your box for that week will have already been processed and charged. The change will take effect from the following week.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Weekly Charges: You will be charged the price stated at the time of your order, plus any applicable delivery fees.

  • Payment Method: By providing a credit card or other payment method, you authorize Daily Rice to charge your account weekly until you cancel.

  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust prices. We will provide at least 14 days' notice via email before any price changes take effect.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: Daily Rice delivers to specific postcodes within Australia. Please check our website to confirm coverage.

  • Unattended Delivery: Since our boxes contain perishable items, we do not require a signature. Our couriers will leave the box at your front door or a designated "safe place."

  • Risk: Once the box is delivered to your address, the risk and responsibility for the ingredients (including temperature control) pass to you.

5. Freshness and Quality

  • Our Guarantee: We aim to bring the "home-cooked feeling" to your table with the highest quality ingredients.

  • Issues: If an ingredient is missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at daily.rice.company@gmail.com. We may offer a credit to your account for future boxes.

  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of food, we generally cannot accept returns of boxes or individual ingredients.

6. Vouchers and Promotions

  • Introductory Offers: "First box" discounts are strictly for new customers only (one per household).

  • Abuse of Service: If we detect multiple accounts created by the same person to exploit introductory vouchers, Daily Rice reserves the right to cancel those orders and deactivate the accounts.

7. Termination

You may cancel your Daily Rice subscription at any time through your account settings on our website. Please ensure you cancel before the Cut-Off Time to avoid being charged for your next scheduled box.
