How do I select and edit my recipes?
Each week, you can choose from our rotating menu of authentic Asian home-style dishes. Simply log in to your account, head to "Upcoming Orders", and select the recipes that catch your eye or your personal favourites. You can customise your selections up to 7 days before your scheduled delivery.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel?
Yes! Our subscription is fully flexible. You can skip a week if you’re busy, pause your account while you're away, or cancel at any time through your account settings. Just be sure to finalise any changes by the cutoff date (7 days before delivery) to ensure your next box isn't already in shipped status.
Where does Daily Rice deliver?
We currently deliver to most metro and surrounding areas across Sydney. To recognise if we service your specific suburb and to see available delivery windows, simply enter your postcode on our homepage to see if it is in Daily Rice delivery zone.
What's included in the meal kit?
We provide all the pre-portioned fresh ingredients and authentic aromatics you need to cook each dish. You’ll also receive easy-to-follow, step-by-step recipe cards. You only need to provide a few basic pantry staples, such as cooking oil, salt, and soy sauce.
How long will my ingredient stay fresh?
We pack every box with insulated liners and ice packs to keep everything chilled until you get home. For the best flavour, we recommend cooking seafood dishes within 1–2 days of delivery, and poultry or meat dishes within 3–5 days. Your recipe cards will include specific "best before" guidance for each meal.
How does the subscription work?
Daily Rice is a flexible weekly subscription programme. Once you sign up and select your plan, we’ll automatically bill and deliver your chosen meals each week. There are no lock-in contracts, and you have total control to skip or organise your orders through your online dashboard.
